Join us on Thursday, October 23rd at 7:30 PM at STRONG Pilates – Little Italy for a high-energy charity workout benefiting Fetch + Releash Dog Rescue! Limited spots available, secure yours today!
All proceeds from this event support Kyle’s medical bills. Kyle is a 10-month old mixed breed from Manitoba who requires an orthopaedic surgery so he can live a long and full life, free from pain.

7:15 PM – Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the wavier, meet your instructor and get comfy with our reformers.7:30 PM – Class Start Time:
Kindly be advised that classes start promptly, and entry will not be granted to individuals arriving after the scheduled start time.
What to Bring
Don’t forget your water bottle and sweat towel.
Grip socks will be provided and are mandatory for the class.

Low-impact movements are paired with high-intensity cardio bursts for a perfect balance of strength and mobility — and a huge calorie burn!You’ll move through three STRENGTH blocks: Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core. Each strength block is followed by 5 minutes of interval rowing, giving you a complete low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout.
