Join us on Thursday, October 23rd at 7:30 PM at STRONG Pilates – Little Italy for a high-energy charity workout benefiting Fetch + Releash Dog Rescue! Limited spots available, secure yours today!

All proceeds from this event support Kyle’s medical bills. Kyle is a 10-month old mixed breed from Manitoba who requires an orthopaedic surgery so he can live a long and full life, free from pain.

Meetup Schedule

  • 7:15 PM – Arrival:
    Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the wavier, meet your instructor and get comfy with our reformers.

  • 7:30 PM – Class Start Time:
    Kindly be advised that classes start promptly, and entry will not be granted to individuals arriving after the scheduled start time.

What to Bring

  • Don’t forget your water bottle and sweat towel.

  • Grip socks will be provided and are mandatory for the class.

STRONG Body Class

  • Expect a well-rounded, full-body pilates-inspired workout.
    Low-impact movements are paired with high-intensity cardio bursts for a perfect balance of strength and mobility — and a huge calorie burn!

  • You’ll move through three STRENGTH blocks: Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core. Each strength block is followed by 5 minutes of interval rowing, giving you a complete low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout.
